What sizes are your clothes?
All our clothes are in Asian sizes which are smaller than US/Euro sizes. We recommend that for most of our products you get 1-2 sizes bigger than you would usually depend on the fit you desire.
How long will shipping take?
Order processing will take between 1-3 business days. Order delivery can be expected within 10-40 business days depending on the product.
How long will shipping take to X country?
Shipping to the United States is in some cases faster than to other countries, however generally shipping times are the same regardless of your home country.
Can I return or exchange items?
We do not accept returns or exchanges. However in any case where you do not receive your correct order we will refund you for the full amount of the item. We guarantee you'll receive your correct order or we'll give you your money back.

What currency are prices listed in?
All prices are listed in US dollars. However you may change the displayed currency to a selection global currencies, such as Canadian Dollars and the Euro. When checking out, prices will ALWAYS show in US Dollars however the end amount paid is still the same.
Where do you ship from? I ordered multiple items, will they arrive at the same time?
All items are shipped from China and many are shipped individually (although this is not always the case) therefore the times they arrive at may vary.
Will I be charged any custom fees?
We are not responsible for any custom fees that may be charged on items. You may or may not get custom fees depending on the rules and regulations of your country.
I placed an order but I changed my mind, how do I cancel?
In order to cancel your order it's best to contact us immediately at email@example.com where we can help you cancel. However, once an order has been marked as fulfilled and shipped we unfortunately can no longer cancel the order.
